Another "Implantation Bleeding" question?

I had brown watery discharge only when I wiped. It started on Friday, it's still there a little today but there is not much of it all. I also had very light cramps at that time. I also ovulated on the 18th and my period is due on Thursday. I took 2 tests today and both were very faint positives!!
