Is there a way you can reinforce paranoid schizophrenia?

i wish i had a reason as to why you would want to ask a question such as this as those who live with paranoid schizophrenia really go through a lot with this illness,it is a very creapy, scarey and real thing for these people to have to live with on a daily basis.I know that people who suffer from this illness never wished to have it.
