Am I the only one who thinks bags/circles under eyes look cool?

I've had them since I was a little kid (I was/am mistaken for Italian cause of it. Guess the mafia image is still around huh?). Mine are hereditary, from my mom. I've always thought they looked really cool, but turns out ALOT of people undergo plastic surgery to get rid of them. I is there something I'm missing here?
