Why doesnt my SD expansion card work?

It is probably cause your PDA has a maximum size for SD cards- 2gb, 4gb or somethimg like that. Try the card in a camera or try connecting it to your computer and if it works, you know there is a maximum data allowance on your PDA but if it doesn't work, you should consider it faulty and return it to the seller.
