14 weeks pregnant, constantly sick, is this okay?

It started about a month ago, with bronchitis boarderline peumonia, then once i had gotten over that I had a horrible stomach bug which lasted for days with vomiting and diarreah, now I have a horrible sore throat and Im always feeling tired and run down... is the baby going to be okay?
